There’s no application fee to view our units! We have a variety of homes to meet your needs and are here to help you find the perfect place to call home. We are also available over the phone by calling (937) 203-8220 and pressing extension 3.
At OW Management, we’ve made paying rent simple and convenient. You can pay securely online through the Buildium Resident Portal using a bank account or credit/debit card. The portal also allows you to track your payment history and stay up to date with your account.
If you prefer to pay in cash, you can use PayNearMe at participating stores like CVS, Walmart, or 7-Eleven. We’ll provide you with a payment slip or code to take with you, making it easy to pay at a location near you. These are the only two approved payment methods to ensure your payments are secure, accurate, and properly tracked.
